Empowering DEI Practitioners with Connection, Strategy, and Growth
The Chicagoland DEI Alliance is built by and for practitioners who are ready to move into a trusted, action-driven community. Whether you're leading DEI internally or building impact as a consultant, the Alliance offers secure, no-pressure spaces to collaborate, troubleshoot, and grow.
Members come to the Alliance to enrich and empower themselves as leaders, enjoy a safe and confidential space where only active practitioners engage, and to show their responsibility for the overall DEI sector by engaging in rigorous discussion toward the development of consensus-driven best practices build by actual practitioners.
Through weekly tactical sessions, practitioner roundtables, innovation forums, and advocacy platforms, members gain access to real-time strategies, thought leadership opportunities, and a network that amplifies your work—not your competition.

Why the Alliance Is Good for DEI Practitioners
Dedicated Peer Community
Cultivates a dynamic network of both in-house and external DEI practitioners for shared learning, support, and troubleshooting.
Provides truly confidential, secure spaces—preventing “pick-your-brain” solicitations and protecting subject-focus—so practitioners can discuss real-world challenges without outside pressures.
Cutting-Edge Tactical Support
Weekly “Member Tactical Sessions” deliver up-to-the-minute insights and collaborative problem-solving on the DEI issues you face.
Monthly practitioner roundtables and tactics forums enable deep dives into pricing, market strategy, and emerging best practices.
Professional Growth & Thought Leadership
Innovation forums, whitepapers, and proof-of-concept opportunities help you co-create and test next-generation DEI strategies.
Advocacy channels amplify practitioner-backed successes and challenges, positioning you as a sector-defining voice in Chicagoland.
Tailored Support by Practitioner Type
